1. Digital delivery
The Still Employed Checklist is a digital product. After successful payment, Payhip provides immediate access to the downloadable files and normally sends access information to the email address used at checkout. No physical item is shipped.
If access does not arrive, check your spam or promotions folder, confirm the email used at checkout, and use the download link or account options in your Payhip receipt before contacting support.
2. Final-sale policy
Because the complete digital files are made available immediately, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once access has been provided. This does not limit any refund, cancellation, or withdrawal right that cannot legally be excluded in your location.
3. Problems we will correct
Contact us promptly if you experience:
- a duplicate charge for the same order;
- failure to receive access after reasonable troubleshooting;
- a corrupted or materially defective file that we cannot replace with a working copy; or
- a charge amount that differs from the amount you approved at checkout.
We will investigate and, as appropriate, restore access, replace the file, correct the charge, or issue a refund. Requests should be made within 14 calendar days of purchase when practical; legally required rights and remedies remain unaffected.
4. Change-of-mind requests
We do not ordinarily provide refunds because a purchaser changed their mind, did not use the toolkit, expected services not described on the sales page, or later decided the product was not needed after receiving access. The sales page provides the contents, intended audience, exclusions, sample pages, price, and format before purchase.
5. How to request help or a refund review
Use our Support page and include the purchaser’s email address, purchase date, Payhip receipt or order number, and a concise description of the issue. Never send a complete card number or card security code. We normally respond within two business days.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so we can investigate delivery, duplication, or file issues directly. This request does not waive your rights with your card issuer or under applicable law.
7. Cancellations and subscriptions
The Still Employed Checklist is sold as a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no future billing plan to cancel. If another Career Resilience Lab offer includes recurring billing in the future, its cancellation terms will be displayed separately before purchase.
8. Currency and taxes
The listed price is $19 USD. Applicable taxes may be calculated or collected at checkout. Your bank or card provider may apply its own conversion rate or cross-border fees where relevant.
